In July 2023, a California Court of Appeal held that Disney and Sodexo were required to comply with the Living Wage Ordinance. In October 2023, the California Supreme Court denied Disney’s request to review the Court of Appeal’s decision.

The parties have a reached a settlement in principle and are working to finalize the terms. We expect to have an update by the end of the calendar year.
